Dr. Soriano is a double board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist (OB/GYN) and urogynecologist and a pelvic reconstructive surgeon who sees patients at New Jersey Urogyn’s Hoboken and Palisades offices, serving women across Hudson County. A high-volume robotic and vaginal surgeon, he specializes in complex pelvic reconstructive surgery and urinary incontinence treatments.

Dr. Soriano is originally from Pittsburgh, and studied medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. There, his Area of Concentration was in Global Health, studying across Southeast Asia, Southern Africa and Central America. He was elected president of the student body and received a prestigious leadership award for his work on campus.

He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Case Western Reserve University, serving as Education Chief Resident in his final year. During residency, he received a university-wide teaching award and earned surgical honors from both the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS).

Dr. Soriano completed a fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, training at one of the nation’s leading women’s health programs. He has been published in national and international medical journals on pelvic floor disorders, prolapse, and urinary incontinence. He is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), a credential that reflects advanced training in menopause care.

Dr. Soriano believes every woman deserves to live life on her own terms, free from the limitations of pelvic floor conditions. His approach centers on individualized, patient-first care, taking the time to understand each woman’s goals and tailoring treatment to fit her life. His greatest reward is helping women reclaim their confidence and return to the activities they love.

Outside the office, Dr. Soriano loves to travel and experience new cultures, a passion that led him to become a Level 3 Sommelier. He and his husband are devoted animal lovers who dedicate their free time to helping animals in need.
