Registered Nurse (RN)
Hayley is our lead Registered Nurse and a cornerstone of our surgical care team. She performs all in-office bladder testing procedures—including urodynamics and related diagnostics—and serves as both our preoperative and postoperative nurse. She prepares patients for surgery, reviews perioperative instructions, ensures informed readiness, and provides close postoperative follow-up and symptom monitoring. Her role is critical in maintaining seamless continuity of care and supporting patients through every phase of their surgical journey.
Physician Assistant (PA)
Kathleen provides clinical support in both the office and the operating room. In the OR, she serves as first assist during reconstructive procedures. In the office, she guides patients through the surgical journey, helping them understand what to expect before surgery and evaluating them at their initial postoperative visit. She remains a consistent presence throughout the entire surgical process, ensuring continuity, support, and a smooth recovery experience.
Office Manager
Gladys keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly across all of our locations and helps make sure everyone stays connected and on the same page. She works closely with our physicians, providers, and staff to keep workflows organized, and support both the clinical and administrative teams. Her goal is simple: to make sure every patient has a seamless and positive experience, no matter which office they visit
Surgery Scheduler
Our Surgery Scheduler manages the entire surgical coordination process—securing OR dates, obtaining authorizations, coordinating with hospitals, and guiding patients through preoperative requirements. They serve as the primary point of contact for surgical logistics and help ensure each case runs smoothly from scheduling to postoperative follow-up.
Nurse Practitioner
Michelle manages a wide range of nonsurgical pelvic floor concerns, including recurrent UTIs, pessary care, medical management of bladder leakage, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause, with a strong emphasis on individualized treatment planning. She is menopause-certified and leads a concierge hormone replacement therapy (HRT) practice, providing highly personalized care for women navigating menopause as well as hormone optimization for men.

Kevin Gioia, Lauren Tennyson, Anjali Kapur, and Alex Soriano—bring decades of combined experience in urogynecology and pelvic surgery.
