Registered Nurse (RN)
Hayley is our lead Registered Nurse and a cornerstone of our surgical care team. She performs all in-office bladder testing procedures—including urodynamics and related diagnostics—and serves as both our preoperative and postoperative nurse. She prepares patients for surgery, reviews perioperative instructions, ensures informed readiness, and provides close postoperative follow-up and symptom monitoring. Her role is critical in maintaining seamless continuity of care and supporting patients through every phase of their surgical journey.
Physician Assistant (PA)
Our Physician Assistant provides advanced clinical support in both the office and the operating room. In the OR, the PA serves as a trained First Assist for all robotic and pelvic reconstructive surgeries. In the office, they evaluate patients during their immediate postoperative visits, manage early recovery concerns, review surgical outcomes, and support patient education. The PA helps extend physician-level access and ensures timely, high-quality postoperative care.
Office Manager
Our Office Manager oversees the daily operations across multiple office locations and ensures seamless communication between all physicians, mid-level providers, and staff. She coordinates workflows, standardizes processes, and maintains efficient systems so that patients experience consistent, high-quality care no matter which location they visit. She supports both the clinical and administrative teams, troubleshoots operational challenges, and helps uphold the practice’s commitment to an exceptional, streamlined patient experience.
Surgery Scheduler
Our Surgery Scheduler manages the entire surgical coordination process—securing OR dates, obtaining authorizations, coordinating with hospitals, and guiding patients through preoperative requirements. They serve as the primary point of contact for surgical logistics and help ensure each case runs smoothly from scheduling to postoperative follow-up.
Nurse Practicioner
Our Nurse Practitioner works closely with our physicians to provide comprehensive care for patients who may not require surgery but need dedicated expertise and time. She manages a wide range of nonsurgical pelvic floor concerns, with a strong focus on recurrent UTIs, chronic bladder symptoms, and individualized treatment planning.
She is also menopause-certified and leads a concierge hormone replacement therapy (HRT) practice, offering highly personalized menopausal care. Her ability to spend extended time with patients ensures that—within a high-volume surgical practice—every patient receives the thoughtful, unrushed attention they deserve.
